Tightly’s E-commerce Solution

Tightly uses an AI-first approach to manage inventory. With intelligent forecasting and automation, you get real-time insights into sales and stock levels, your team can handle replenishment and purchasing in one centralized workspace, and everyone sees up-to-the-minute reporting for data-driven decisions.

For Store Owners

AI-Driven Inventory Management

  • Smart Forecasting: Tightly pulls historical sales and real-time Shopify data (currently the only supported channel) to forecast demand and identify reorder points.

  • Auto-Replenishment Suggestions: Receive prompts to restock whenever inventory dips below optimal thresholds. No complicated rule-building required.

Phone, WhatsApp, and Email Communication

  • Manual Outreach: Initiate calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails directly within Tightly—so you can handle both customer and supplier interactions in one place.

  • Unified Record: All conversations are stored and easily accessible, letting you quickly reference past orders or confirmations.

Dashboard & Key Metrics

  • At-a-Glance Overview: The Dashboard highlights high-level KPIs—like revenue, units sold, current inventory cost, and stock health.

  • Drill Down: Clicking any KPI redirects you to a detailed view (e.g., Product Sales, Products table), pinpointing which SKUs or categories drive those metrics.

For Operations Teams

Smart Replenishment & Replenishment Sets

  • Smart Replenishment: Uses sales data and AI forecasting to recommend which items need reordering, factoring in sales velocity and lead times.

  • Replenishment Sets: Group certain products under rules (e.g., reorder at X units left or Y days of cover), ensuring you never miss a restock for critical or fast-moving SKUs.

Purchase Orders (PO) & Basket Workflow

  • Basket: Quickly add products (SKUs) to a “basket” for reorder. You’ll see total quantity and cost before finalizing.

  • PO Creation: Convert your basket to a purchase order with a single click. Tightly tracks PO statuses (Drafted, Requested, Confirmed, Shipped) so everyone stays aligned.

Contacts & Suppliers

  • Contacts Page: Consolidate contact details (emails, phone, WhatsApp) for customers, suppliers, or team members—ensuring quick outreach from a single place.

  • Supplier Pages: Store each supplier’s lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), associated SKUs, and track total spend or open POs.

Forecast Adjustments

  • Exclude Outliers: Remove anomalies from historical data (e.g., flash sales, stockouts) to keep future demand predictions accurate.

  • Adjust Forecasts Manually: If you foresee a promotional spike or new trend, you can tweak forecasted sales so Tightly updates replenishment suggestions accordingly.

For Business Leaders

Budgets (Continuity & OTB)

  • Budget Setup: Allocate funds for continuity items (your everyday staples) and open-to-buy (OTB) for new or seasonal products.

  • Top-Down or Bottom-Up: Define one annual figure for Tightly to split monthly, or specify monthly targets individually to sum up to your annual goal.

  • Budget Monitoring: Keep tabs on your spent vs. allocated budget at a glance, ensuring you stay on track financially.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Customizable Reports: Dive deeper into SKUs, suppliers, and sales trends—seeing real-time data on stockouts, overstocks, and revenue.

  • Performance Tracking: Compare actual outcomes to budgets or forecasts, helping you refine marketing, pricing, or inventory strategies.
