Tightly automatically filters out all email noise, so you only see emails that matter—supplier communications, order updates, and purchase-related messages. No clutter, no distractions—just the critical conversations that keep your inventory moving.
How It Works
The Email Activity page gives you a clear overview of all supplier emails. Each email displays key details upfront:
Sender name, subject line, a preview of the message, and the date/time received.
Click on an email to open the full conversation and take action immediately.
Use the search bar at the top to find emails by keyword, supplier name, or subject. The filter dropdown lets you switch between all emails and drafts.
Only Supplier Emails – No Inbox Noise
Tightly only displays emails from suppliers. You won’t see promotional emails, spam, or irrelevant messages—just the ones tied to your inventory and purchase orders.
• Unread emails appear at the top, so you never miss a supplier update.
• Draft emails are saved automatically for easy follow-ups.
• Click on any email to open the full thread and take action.
If you start an email but don’t send it, Tightly automatically saves it as a draft. Draft emails are clearly marked and can be accessed by filtering for “Drafts” at the top of the Email Activity page.
Click on any draft to edit, finalize, and send it when you’re ready.
Reading, Replying & Forwarding Emails
Clicking on an email opens the conversation panel, sliding in from the right. This is where you can see the entire message thread and reply without leaving Tightly.
Inside the panel, you can:
• Reply directly to suppliers without switching tabs
• Forward emails to another team member for follow-up
• Attach files, such as invoices or purchase orders
• Log and track all supplier conversations automatically
Tightly ensures every supplier update is at your fingertips, so nothing falls through the cracks.
