The Inventory section in Tightly gives you a real-time, comprehensive view of all products and variants synced from your Shopify store. It’s designed to help you manage stock levels, track performance, and make confident replenishment decisions.

When you open Inventory from the left-hand menu, you’ll see two tabs:

  1. Products – All products and variants synced from Shopify (covered in this guide).

  2. Bundles – Any bundled products you’ve created in Tightly.

What You Can Do in the Products Tab

  • View total inventory value and expected revenue

  • Track incoming stock and turnover rate

  • Monitor stock levels by location

  • Analyze days of cover and sales velocity

  • Export filtered inventory data for reporting

  • Perform bulk actions like adding to Basket or editing products

Accessing the Products Tab

  1. Log in to Tightly.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Inventory.

  3. Select the Products tab.

At the top of the Products tab, you’ll find key performance indicators that help you understand your overall stock health:

  • Total Inventory Value: The combined value of all stock on hand.

  • Incoming Stock: The total value of inventory currently on order.

  • Expected Revenue: Projected revenue based on in-stock and incoming quantities.

  • Average Turnover Rate: How frequently inventory is sold and replenished.

  • You can also search by:

    • Product name

Table Customization

Tightly lets you tailor the table to your needs:

  • Use the button with Gear icon to show or hide columns.

  • After applying filters or selecting columns, you can save the view for future quick access.

This is ideal for building workflows around supplier management, replenishment planning, or monthly audits.

Exporting Data

To export inventory data:

  • Click the Export button above the table.

  • The exported CSV reflects your currently applied filters and selected columns.

Use this for external reporting, finance reviews, or importing into other tools.

Bulk Selection and Quick Actions

You can select items for bulk actions using checkboxes:

  • Select individual rows

  • Select all rows on the current page

  • Select all rows across all pages

After making a selection, the Quick Actions bar appears with available functions:

  • Edit Selected Products: Open a modal to update supplier, MOQ, cost, and other fields in bulk.

  • Add to Basket: Send selected items directly to the replenishment basket.

These tools help you act quickly on filtered or prioritized segments of your inventory.
