The Supplier Page gives you a complete operational view of a supplier. Instead of jumping between multiple areas of the platform, you can review supplier performance, manage contacts, track purchase orders, and plan replenishment from a single location.

You can access the Supplier Page by clicking on a supplier from the Suppliers page.

Supplier Header

At the top of the page, you will see a supplier overview banner that shows key operational details.

This section helps you quickly understand the supplier's configuration and contact information.

Information shown

The header includes:

  • Supplier name

  • Primary contact information

  • Configured lead time

  • Average lead time

  • Minimum order value

These details help you understand how the supplier operates and whether their current performance aligns with your expectations.

Available actions

On the right side of the banner, a three-dot menu allows you to manage the supplier.

From here you can:

  • Edit supplier details

  • Archive the supplier

Editing opens the supplier configuration modal where you can update information such as lead time, minimum order value, address, and contact information.

Tabs Overview

The Supplier Page contains six main tabs:

  1. Overview

  2. Product Catalog

  3. Replenishment

  4. Purchase Orders

  5. Contacts

  6. Email Activity

Each tab focuses on a different part of your relationship with the supplier.

Overview Tab

The Overview Tab gives you a quick snapshot of supplier performance and highlights areas that may require your attention.

This tab is divided into two main sections:

  • Need Attention

  • Supplier Performance Charts

a. Need Attention

Quickly identify issues that require action

The Need Attention section shows operational insights related to the supplier and highlights potential issues.

Instead of searching through different parts of the platform, important signals appear here as actionable cards.

Each card describes the situation and suggests what you can do next.

a.1. Communication Updates

If an email from the supplier contains an important update, it can appear here.

Example:

A supplier informs you that a purchase order will be delayed.

The card may offer actions such as:

  • Review Purchase Order

  • View Email

This allows you to immediately investigate the situation.

a.2. Replenishment Readiness Issues

If some products supplied by this supplier are missing important replenishment data, the system highlights it here.

Examples include missing:

  • Unit cost

  • Batch size

  • Minimum order quantity

  • Lead time

These insights help ensure your replenishment recommendations remain accurate.

a.3. Supplier Configuration Alerts

This section can also highlight configuration or performance inconsistencies.

Example:

If the average lead time is significantly higher than the configured lead time, the system alerts you so you can review supplier settings or adjust planning assumptions.

b. Supplier Performance Charts

Understand the supplier's business impact

Below the Need Attention section, you can analyze the supplier's impact on your business.

You can switch between two views:

  • Product Portfolio

  • Revenue Contribution

b.1 Product Portfolio

This chart shows the performance distribution of products supplied by this supplier.

Only products where the supplier is set as the Default Supplier are included.

Products are categorized using Tightly's Capital Quadrants framework:

  • Winners

  • Sleepers

  • Traffic Drivers

  • Bleeders

This helps you understand how this supplier contributes to your product portfolio.

You will also see key metrics calculated for the last 90 days, including:

  • Number of products

  • Number of variants

  • Spend

  • Revenue

  • Margin

  • GMROI

These insights help evaluate both sales performance and inventory efficiency.

b.2 Revenue Contribution

This section shows how much revenue your business generates from products supplied by this supplier.

For example:

32% Revenue Contribution

This means that 32% of your revenue in the last 90 days comes from products where this supplier is the default supplier.

Below this metric, you will see a chart showing the top revenue-generating products supplied by this supplier.

This helps you quickly identify your most important products sourced from this supplier.

Product Catalog Tab

The Product Catalog Tab displays every product that can be sourced from the supplier.

This includes products where the supplier is:

  • The Default Supplier

  • An alternative supplier

This ensures you always have full visibility of the supplier's available product range.

a. Product Catalog

The product table includes two additional columns that improve supplier visibility.

Default Supplier

This column shows whether the selected supplier is the primary supplier for the product.

This helps you distinguish between primary and secondary sourcing relationships.

Suppliers

This column shows all suppliers associated with the product.

This is helpful when products have multiple sourcing options.

Default Supplier Filter

You can also filter the table to display only products where the supplier is the Default Supplier.

This is useful when you want to focus only on the supplier's core product portfolio.

b. Prepacks

The Prepacks section allows you to manage predefined bundles of products that can be ordered together.

You can:

  • Create new prepacks

  • Edit existing prepacks

  • Delete prepacks

Add prepacks directly to basket

A new Add to Basket option allows you to add the entire prepack to your purchasing basket in one step.

Instead of adding each product individually, you simply select the quantity of the prepack and the system adds all products automatically.

This significantly speeds up the purchasing workflow.

Replenishment Tab

The Replenishment Tab shows replenishment recommendations specifically for this supplier.

It works the same way as the Smart Replenishment page, but automatically filters results to display only products where this supplier is the Default Supplier.

This helps you quickly answer the question:

What should I order from this supplier right now?

The page includes:

  • Impact distribution insights

  • Replenishment recommendation table

  • The ability to add products to your purchasing basket

Purchase Orders Tab

This tab lists every purchase order created for the supplier.

You can click on any purchase order to open its detail page.

Quick status filters

You can quickly filter orders using status chips such as:

  • Drafted

  • Confirmed

  • Shipped

  • Delivered

  • Cancelled

This allows you to quickly focus on specific stages of the purchasing process.

Contacts Tab

The Contacts Tab allows you to manage all contact persons associated with the supplier.

You can:

  • View contacts

  • Add new contacts

  • Edit contact details

Email Activity Tab

The Email Activity Tab provides a shared inbox view for emails exchanged with the supplier.

Emails from the supplier or anyone using the supplier's domain appear here.

This helps you track supplier communication without leaving the platform.

Purchase order related updates

If an email includes information related to purchase orders, the system highlights it in a small information box above the inbox.

Examples include:

  • Delivery delays

  • Shipment confirmations

  • Order changes

This allows you to quickly identify messages that may impact your operations.

Why the Supplier Page Matters

The redesigned Supplier Page acts as a central control hub for supplier relationships.

Instead of managing suppliers across multiple tools or pages, you can now:

  • Monitor supplier performance

  • Plan replenishment

  • Manage purchase orders

  • Track communication

  • Maintain contact information

All from one place.
