Inventory Cost by Class
The inventory cost breakdown categorizes products based on performance.
Top Performers are best-selling, high-revenue products.
Rising Stars are fast-growing products with increasing demand.
Stable products maintain consistent sales.
Falling Stars show declining sales and may require discounts or promotions.
Low Performers are slow-moving inventory that could tie up cash flow.
Clicking any category takes you to the Products Page with those filters applied, where you can analyze SKUs in more detail.

This section highlights the overall status of products based on stock health.
Healthy products have stable stock levels.
Caution indicates items that may need restocking soon.
Critical products are at risk of stockout and require immediate action.
Clicking on any segment directs you to the Inventory Page, where you can take corrective action.
Ongoing Purchase Orders – Track What’s in Motion
This section provides an overview of all active purchase orders.
Drafted POs are still being finalized.
Requested orders have been placed but not yet confirmed.
Confirmed orders are approved by suppliers and in process.
Shipped orders are on their way.
Clicking any purchase order status takes you to the Purchase Orders Page, where you can review order details and track fulfillment.
Inventory Status – What’s Available and What’s Coming?
This section provides a high-level overview of your stock position.
In Stock shows the quantity currently available for sale.
On Order reflects stock that has been purchased but not yet received.
The dropdown allows filtering by category for a more focused view.
Clicking on Inventory Status takes you to the Products Page, where you can manage stock levels and plan replenishments.
