Overview
The Products page in Tightly provides an in-depth view of your inventory, offering key metrics to help you manage stock levels, track sales velocity, and optimize replenishment decisions. This page is essential for monitoring product performance and planning stock movements effectively.
With the Products page, you can:
View total inventory value and expected revenue.
Track incoming stock and turnover rate.
Monitor stock levels across locations.
Analyze days of cover and sales velocity.
Export inventory data for reporting.
Accessing the Products Page
Log in to Tightly.
In the left-hand menu, click on Products.
Understanding the Products Page
1. Overview Metrics
At the top of the Products page, you’ll find key inventory performance indicators:
Total Inventory Value – Displays the combined value of all stock on hand.
Incoming Stock – Shows the value of inventory that is currently on order.
Expected Revenue – The projected revenue based on stock in inventory and incoming stock.
Average Turnover Rate – Indicates how often inventory is sold and replaced within a given period.
2. Product Table
Below the overview metrics, the Product Table provides a detailed breakdown of all SKUs in your inventory. Key columns include:
Product – The name and image of the product.
Product ID – The unique identifier for the item.
Suppliers – The supplier providing the product.
Location – Where the stock is currently held.
Days of Cover – The estimated number of days before stock runs out based on sales trends.
In Stock – The current number of units available.
On Order – The number of units currently ordered but not yet received.
Sales Velocity – The average rate at which the product sells.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) – The smallest quantity that can be reordered from the supplier.
3. Filtering & Searching
To quickly find specific SKUs, the Products page offers several tools:
Filters – Apply filters such as supplier, location, or days of cover to refine product listings.
Search Bar – Enter a Product ID or SKU to locate a specific item.
Manage Columns – Customize which data columns are displayed in the table.
4. Exporting Data
For external reporting or further analysis, inventory data can be exported:
Click Export as CSV to download the product list for offline review.
Managing Inventory
From the Products page, users can:
Track inventory trends and adjust stock levels accordingly.
Identify slow-moving or fast-selling products for better purchasing decisions.
Ensure stock is replenished in alignment with demand forecasts.
