The Inventory page in Tightly gives you a comprehensive, real-time view of all the products and variants synced from your Shopify store. It helps you manage stock levels, track product performance, and make confident replenishment decisions.
With the Inventory page, you can:
View total inventory value and expected revenue
Track incoming stock and turnover rate
Monitor stock levels across fulfillment locations
Analyze days of cover and sales velocity
Export inventory data for reporting
Perform bulk actions like adding to Basket or editing products
Accessing the Products Page
Log in to Tightly.
From the left-hand menu, go to Manage > Inventory.
Overview Metrics
At the top of the Inventory page, you’ll find key performance indicators that help you understand your overall stock health:
Total Inventory Value: The combined value of all stock on hand.
Incoming Stock: The total value of inventory currently on order.
Expected Revenue: Projected revenue based on in-stock and incoming quantities.
Average Turnover Rate: How frequently inventory is sold and replenished.
Inventory Table
The Inventory Table lists all variants pulled from your Shopify store, including all their key metrics and attributes. Each row represents a product-variant-location combination.
Here’s a breakdown of the columns:

Product | Product name from Shopify. |
Product ID | Unique Shopify identifier for the product. |
Variant Title | Specific variant name (e.g., “Red / XL”). |
SKU | Stock Keeping Unit used for tracking. |
Variant ID | Unique Shopify identifier for the variant. |
Barcode | Variant barcode (if available). |
Default Supplier | Primary supplier assigned to this variant. |
Location | Fulfillment warehouse or stock location. |
Unit Cost | Purchase cost of one unit from the supplier. |
Sell Price | Current selling price on Shopify. |
Days of Cover | Estimated days the stock will last, based on sales. |
In Stock | Quantity available at the specified location. |
On Order | Quantity expected from confirmed purchase orders. |
In Basket | Quantity already added to the replenishment basket. |
Sales Velocity | 30-day average daily sales for the variant. |
MOQ | Minimum Order Quantity required by the supplier. |
Batch Size | Quantity multiple required for reordering. |
Category | Category assigned to the product (e.g., Apparel). |
Status | Shopify status (Active, Draft, or Archived). |
Replenishment Strategy | Strategy used for restocking (Smart or Custom). |
Budget | Budget type (Continuity or OTB). Learn more. |
Lead Time | Days required to receive stock after ordering. |
Tags | System-assigned labels (e.g., Not Selling, Overstocked). |
Date Published | Date the product was published in Shopify. |
Managed | Whether the variant is managed in Tightly. |
Filtering & Searching
You can use the filtering panel to narrow your view by any column in the table.
Supported filters include: supplier, location, lead time, MOQ, cost, and more.
Numeric columns support range filters; others offer dropdowns or search inputs.
You can also search by:
Product name
Product ID
Variant title
Variant ID
SKU
Example:
Apply filters to find: “All products with no supplier, MOQ over 5, and lead time above 10 days.”
Table Customization
Tightly lets you tailor the table to your needs:
Use the Manage Columns dropdown to show or hide columns.
After applying filters or selecting columns, you can save the view for future quick access.
This is ideal for building workflows around supplier management, replenishment planning, or monthly audits.
Exporting Data
To export inventory data:
Click the Export button above the table.
The exported CSV reflects your currently applied filters and selected columns.
Use this for external reporting, finance reviews, or importing into other tools.
Bulk Selection and Quick Actions
You can select items for bulk actions using checkboxes:
Select individual rows
Select all rows on the current page
Select all rows across all pages
After making a selection, the Quick Actions bar appears with available functions:
Edit Selected Products: Open a modal to update supplier, MOQ, cost, and other fields in bulk.
Add to Basket: Send selected items directly to the replenishment basket.
These tools help you act quickly on filtered or prioritized segments of your inventory.
