How Batch Size Works in Tightly

Updated over a week ago

Tightly supports variant-level batch size control, but you can also update batch size at the product level for faster group edits.

  • Setting Batch Size at the product level applies that value to all variants under the product.

  • This acts as a group edit β€” saving time when all variants must be ordered in the same quantity multiple.

  • You can override batch size at the variant level for more precise control.

  • Edits made at the product level will overwrite all variant-level Batch Size values.

Use product-level edits to standardize ordering rules, and variant-level edits when suppliers treat variants differently.
