How Do I Add Selected Products to the Basket?

The Basket is used to plan your next purchase orders. From the Inventory page, you can select one or more products and add them to the Basket to set quantities, review supplier details, and later convert them into POs.


Step 1: Select Products

  1. Go to Manage > Inventory.

  2. Use filters or the search bar to find the products or variants you want to replenish.

  3. Select one or more rows using the checkboxes.

You can select:

  • Individual rows

  • All rows on the current page

  • All rows across all pages (bulk actions supported)


Step 2: Click “Add to Basket”

  1. After selection, the Quick Actions bar will appear.

  2. Click Add to Basket.

  3. You’ll be prompted to enter quantities for the selected products.

  4. After confirming, the products are added to the Basket for review and ordering.


Important Rules

  • ✅ All products can be added to the Basket and converted into purchase orders, regardless of the managed status.

  • Products without a default supplier cannot be added. The “Add to Basket” button will be disabled, and a tooltip will show which product(s) are missing a supplier.

Tip: To fix the issue below, assign a default supplier first using inline editing or Quick Actions. Once assigned, you can retry the Add to Basket action.
