What is a Replenishment Plan?

A Replenishment Plan in Tightly is a saved view of your replenishment recommendations with:

  • Your chosen filters (e.g., product categories, suppliers)

  • A custom time period (different from your default replenishment frequency)

  • Optional column and layout changes

Once saved, the plan appears as its own tab in the Smart Replenishmnent page, so you can access it anytime.

Step 1: Go to Smart Replenishment

  1. From the left menu, click Replenishments.

  2. In the Replenishments section, open the Smart Replenishment tab.

    • You’ll see recommendations based on your default replenishment frequency (e.g., weekly = next 7 days).

Step 2: Apply Filters

  1. Use the left-hand filter panel to narrow your view.
    For example:

    • Category → T-shirts

    • Supplier → Supplier X

  2. You can combine multiple filters as needed.

Step 3: Choose a Custom Time Period

  1. Change the date range to your desired period.
    Example:

    • If you replenish T-shirts monthly, set the range to 2 weeks from today.

  2. The plan will always use this relative time period when you revisit it.

Step 4: Save as a New Plan

  1. Once your filters, time period, and table layout are ready, click Save as a New Plan (button at the top right).

  2. Give your plan a name — e.g., T-shirts 2 Weeks.

  3. This plan will now appear as a separate tab next to your default tab (All(Default)).

Step 5: Update an Existing Plan

  1. Open your saved plan tab.

  2. Apply new filters or make changes.

  3. Click Update Plan to overwrite it with the new settings.
