How to Fill in Missing Product Fields

Learn how to quickly find and update missing product data - such as unit cost, MOQ, lead time, batch size and supplier.

Keeping your product data complete is essential for accurate budgeting, supplier management, and inventory optimization. This guide walks you through how to find and update missing product fields like Unit Cost, Minimum Order Quantity, Lead Time, and Supplier, directly from the Inventory page.

You can update fields one by one or in bulk, using simple tools built into the product table.


Step 1: Go to the Inventory Page

  1. Navigate to the Inventory page.

  2. Select the Products tab (not Bundles).

  3. You’ll see your product table along with a filter panel on the left.

Step 2: Use the “Missing Fields” Filter

  1. In the left-hand filter panel, find and click Missing Fields.

  2. This will open a dropdown showing all the fields currently missing from one or more products.

  3. You might see:

    • Unit Cost

    • Minimum Order Quantity

    • Lead Time

    • Supplier

  4. Click on any field (e.g. Unit Cost) to filter the table and show only the products missing that field.

Option 1: Edit a Single Product Inline

  1. Find the product you want to update.

  2. Double-click the cell in the column you want to edit (e.g. Unit Cost).

  3. Enter the value.

  4. Click the Save Changes button at the top of the table to confirm.

Option 2: Bulk Edit Multiple Products

  1. Use the checkboxes on the left to select multiple products.

  2. Click Quick ActionsEdit Selected Items.

  3. In the edit modal:

    • Choose the field you want to update (e.g. Minimum Order Quantity).

    • Enter the new value.

    • Click Apply Changes.

That’s It!

Repeat this process for any other missing fields like MOQ, Lead Time, Batch Size or Supplier.
