The Suppliers page in Tightly allows you to view, manage, and edit all your suppliers in one place. Suppliers are usually fetched automatically from Shopify (via the vendor field on your products). You can always update supplier details directly inside Tightly to keep them accurate and aligned with your operations.
Supplier Overview
When you click on a supplier, you’ll see:
Supplier Info Card – Key details like minimum order value, lead time, currency, and contact methods.
Email Activity – A built-in inbox filtered to only show emails from this supplier’s domain. Emails from all employees using that domain will appear here automatically.
Product Catalog – A table showing all products linked to this supplier, along with unit cost, MOQ, batch size, and sell price. These details are supplier-specific, meaning they may differ from the product’s default supplier setup.
Editing Products in a Supplier Catalog
The supplier’s catalog works like the Inventory Table, with full editing capabilities:
Edit Unit Costs & Pricing – Set supplier-specific unit costs, sell prices, MOQ, or batch sizes.
Bulk Edits – Select multiple products and apply changes to a chosen column at once.
Quick Actions Menu:
Add to Basket: Add selected products to your basket with quantities.
Edit Selected Items: Bulk-edit fields across products.
Assign to Another Supplier: Move products to a new supplier. You can even set the new supplier as default and transfer key settings (MOQ, costs, lead time).
Remove Products from Catalog: Remove items one by one (trash icon) or in bulk.
Add to Catalog Button – Add new products from your inventory to this supplier’s catalog.
Filtering & Searching in Supplier Catalog
The catalog table comes with a filtering panel, similar to the Inventory Table. You can filter by:
Category
Unit cost
Sell price
Managed status
This helps you quickly locate products within a large supplier catalog.
Managing Supplier Details
You can update supplier information by clicking the three dots (…) on the info card. Editable fields include:
Supplier name
Address (line, city, state, ZIP, country)
Currency
Lead time
Minimum order value
Contact methods (domain, primary contact name)
Archiving Suppliers
If you no longer use a supplier, you can archive it:
Archived suppliers won’t appear on the Suppliers page by default.
You can view them by applying the “Show Archived Suppliers” filter.
Archived suppliers appear with their name greyed out and marked with “(Archived)” to avoid confusion.
✅ Tip: Archiving is useful for tidying up your active supplier list while still keeping historical data intact.
